Prime

1. Make sure the system is at required temperature.

2. To prime the active ram, ensure that the system is

on and not in Run Mode. To prime the inactive ram,

ensure that the system is on and in Run Mode.

3. If using a manual dispense valve, unlock the dis-

pense valve trigger and place dispense valve over a

waste container.

4. Press the Pump Prime key . The display

prompts the operator to confirm. See F

5. When the timer expires the air motor solenoid LED

will turn off.

6. Prime the system until a smooth flow of material dis-

penses from the dispense valve.

7. Lock the dispense valve trigger lock.

NOTE: To exit Prime Mode before the timer expires,

press the Pump Prime key . The display

prompts the operator to confirm. See F
